Goa gay chat, without a photo
Golo is a free app for Goa gay chat and dating: a chat and dating app for gay and bisexual men in India, aged 18 and over, with no profile photos at all.
Goa is India’s smallest state, and it has its own entry in Golo’s State filter, so one choice covers the whole state. Gay chat in India has the other cities and languages.

Open Browse where you are
Golo goes by your phone’s location. Each time you open Browse it checks where you are in the background, so on a trip the distances follow you to Goa. It starts on All states, sorted by Last active.

Tap Apply. Men anywhere outside Goa drop out of your grid.
Near the border, keep All states
The Goa entry leaves out the districts across the border: Sindhudurg and Kolhapur in Maharashtra, and Belagavi and Uttara Kannada in Karnataka. Keep All states and set Sort by to Nearby, which shows the men online now first and then everyone else, closest first.

Turn on Online only. Age, Position and Has a place are in the same sheet. Before you meet anyone, read Golo’s Community Guidelines.

Golo is safety-first by design
On for everyone from the moment you sign up, except App Lock, which you switch on in Settings. Nothing here costs anything.
No profile photo, anywhere
Golo has no profile picture field at all. People read your name, age, position and a short bio — not your face.
An approximate distance, never your spot
Others only ever see roughly how many kilometres away you are, never your exact location.
Chat photos open once
A photo sent inside a chat opens exactly once, and then we delete it from our servers.
Messages clear after 30 days
Every message deletes itself after 30 days, so old conversations are not sitting on your phone.
App Lock and no screenshots
A PIN or your fingerprint in front of the app, and screen capture and recording are blocked throughout.
A phone number, nothing else
Sign up with your mobile number and a one-time code — no email, and no Google or Facebook login tying Golo to the rest of your life. 18+ only.
Common questions
Can I look at Goa before I travel?
Yes. The State filter works from anywhere in India: choose Goa, and Browse shows men in Goa with the distance from where you are now.
Is Golo on iPhone?
Not yet. Golo is an Android app; an iPhone version is not available.
