Bangalore gay chat, without a photo
Golo is a free app for Bangalore gay chat and dating: a chat and dating app for gay and bisexual men in India, aged 18 and over, with no profile photos. The whole app is in Kannada too, if you want it.
Karnataka has one entry in Golo’s State filter. It keeps out men across the border in Tamil Nadu, Hosur included, which may or may not be what you want.
Find men in Bangalore on Golo
Browse, the first tab, and its Filters sheet are all you need.
Open Browse
There is no city to type in: Golo works out roughly how far away people are from your phone’s location. Browse starts on All states, sorted by Last active.
Set Sort by to Nearby
In Filters, choose Nearby and tap Apply. Men who are online right now come first, the nearest first among them.
Choose Karnataka, or not
Filters, then State, then Karnataka keeps the grid to the state. Hosur is across the border in Tamil Nadu, so if you want men on both sides, keep All states and sort by Nearby.
Switch the app to Kannada, if you like
Settings, then Language, then ಕನ್ನಡ. Every screen follows; Kannada gay chat shows the app’s Kannada words.

Sign up with your mobile number and a one-time code — no email, and no Google or Facebook login tying Golo to the rest of your life. 18+ only.
Common questions
Can people I know recognise me on Golo?
There is no profile photo, so they see a display name, your age, your position, whether you have a place to meet, a short bio, an approximate distance, whether you are online and your like count. Choose a display name and a bio that do not give you away.
