Delete Your Account

You can delete your Golo account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app. This page explains how, and how to reach us if you no longer have access to the app.
Delete from the app
- Open Golo and go to the bottom-right tab to open Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Permanently delete account.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will be signed out, and your number can start fresh as a new account later if you choose.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, date of birth, conversations and messages, likes, blocks, reports, and all other account data. We do not keep a copy after deletion, except where the law requires us to retain limited records for a short period (for example, to comply with safety, legal, or fraud-prevention obligations).
Can’t access the app?
If you’ve uninstalled Golo or can’t sign in, email us at support@goloapp.co from a contact associated with your account and include the mobile number you signed up with. We’ll verify your request and complete the deletion on your behalf.
